Psst. Designers get ready.

A few of us decided a while back that Six Apart, and specifically Movable Type, needed a bit more in the way of default styles. Especially now that with MT3.2 the templates had changed. So we thought we would do something about that, and have been hard at work. Get ready. There will be prizes. Big prizes.

Coming Soon
(towards the end of March, 2006).

Very cool.

Elise, would you consider advocating for an award category that emphasized accessibility and WAI guidelines? The default styles at present need to be tweaked just to be liquid.

You have me intrigued! I've been saying something similar for a while now, but an award category that emphasized accessibility and WAI guidelines would be very good - the current default templates are currently lacking in this area

Actually KG, that might be a good idea for a sponsor to handle... finding some company or individual to sponsor a prize for the weblog with the best accessibility practices.
